Hey y'all, Sister Bear here. Before we get to NPC of the Week, I need your advice! been sketching out some logo ideas for this blog and I've narrowed it down to three. you can find them below. leave a comment on which one you like the best!

Alright let's get to NPC of the Week!

Phalaern Teken'rae: Drow Bloodhunter, Order of the Lycan. (Level 8)

Weapons: Double bladed Scimitar

Backstory: Phalaern was born in the Underdark like most Drow, but his parents, being merchants, often stray close to the surface world. during one of these trips, they were attacked by a Duregar war party and Phalaern was taken. Eventually he was dropped off with a group of mercenaries known as the Hollowgarde. More on them later. During his time there, he learned his craft of fighting, was forced to take on the blood curse of Lycanism to improve his stock in the garde, and met two others in the garde that wished for a better life like him, one where they wouldn't have to hurt anyone anymore.

Eventually, the three companions found a way to escape the Hollowgarde and became the Shadow Exiles. Hopefully next week I can introduce you to another member of the gang! And eventually get some character art of them as well.

Dungeons and Dad Jokes

Hey all! It's your friendly neighbourhood DM here. Welcome to the new blog! I've been a huge fan of Dungeons and Dragons for a number of years now, been playing for about 8 years, started DMing 2 or 3 years ago (and like many DM's not by choice, but grown to love it!). 
I think it's the kid in me, by I've really grown to love homebrewing my own environments and characters. So I'm gonna start this blog by posting an NPC of the Week. Maybe I'll add to that after a while, my one group known as the Glade Runners are great at coming up with memorable stuff, maybe I'll add some stories to this thing too!

NPC of the Week:

Starting us off is the last PC I got to play before becoming a DM. I had so much fun with her I had to keep her as a "Special Guest" for the Glade Runners!

Furstone "Toni" Icepaw: Tabaxi Barbarian, Path of the Storm Herald (Level 7)

Weapons: Sling, Vicious Greataxe.

Backstory:

Toni was typical of her high north village, most cubs of the tabaxi's gain curiosity and feel the urge to explore their world. Before she left, however, she made sure she was ready. Preparing for her departure by completing the stone lifting competition her village holds every year. she won the top prize and was rewarded with the title of "Fulsterker" or Full Strong. The creatures she met on her travels found this too difficult to pronounce, so came to call her Furstone instead. She doesn't mind.

On one particularly difficult quest, Toni was badly wounded and left behind by the other mercenaries in the gang. She was found by the pixies in Neverwinter wood, brought to the city of Neverwinter nearby, and healed. the Lady of Neverwinter saw potential in this curious Tabaxi, and asked her to join the Lord's Alliance under her tutelage.
